Staying healthy was the goal of a fair held Saturday in the parking lot of the south side Wal-Mart.
The Fourth Annual Health Community Health Fair offered blood and vision screenings and even a quick session with a local message therapist.
More than 30 businesses and health experts Saturday joined Wal-Mart's Vision Center in taking part in the fair, including the American Red Cross and local hospitals.
"This just lets people know of what services are available in the community that they may not know about," says Tresha Coe, an employee of Wal-Mart's Vision Center, and organizer of the fair. "It just helps the entire community and it helps businesses, it promotes them a little bit."
There was also entertainment for those who attended the fair, including an exhibition from members of Tina's Dance Studio.
