Three members of a Vienna family face trial August 2. Janice, Jeremy and Richard Nolan from Vienna face charges ranging from receiving, concealing and bringing stolen property into the state to grand larceny.
All three are now out of jail on bond. Prosecutors say the charges involve thousands of dollars in stolen items, including computers taken last year from area homes.
Meanwhile, although Ralph McMullen's bond was cut in half, it still may not be enough for him to get out of jail. Judge George Hill reduced McMullen's bond to $100,000 Thursday. His attorney wanted a $20,000 bond.
McMullen is charged with two counts of delivery of marijuana, but also has a record of previous felony convictions.
Assistant prosecutor Jason Wharton says that if he is convicted of the drug charges, McMullen could face life in prison.
