Three Charleston area men accused of running a mobile meth lab are now off the streets and behind bars.
Eric Jett and Joseph and Timothy Waychoff were arraigned Wednesday morning in Marietta Municipal Court.
They're charged with complicity to manufacture methamphetamine.
Timothy Waychoff also faces a misdemeanor charge of theft. Police say he stole cold medicine from a Food 4 Less grocery store and that's how the trio was caught.
Cold medicine is a common ingredient used in making meth.
Bond has been set at $35,000 for each of the men.
They will appear in court again on June 30 for a preliminary hearing.
