Her lawsuit is part of the reason the head of Wood County's 9-1-1 Center was fired earlier this year.
Now, Paula Lathem is out of a job as well.
Lathem, an employee at the center, was terminated from her job Thursday by the Wood County Commission.
"Based on Ms. Lathem's failure to take necessary steps to return to work, and since there are no other positions available at 9-1-1Ccenter for which she is qualified to perform, other than possible part-time parking lot employee at the commission," said County Commissioner Bob Tebay, reading from the resolution the commission approved.
The 32-year-old is accusing certain workers at the 9-1-1 Center of sexual harassment and gender discrimination.
When contacted Thursday, Lathem's attorney had no comment on the lawsuit.
