By late this month Belpre motorists will see the light red, green and yellow. They'll be making three stops between Farson Street and Main Street.
A new traffic signal has been installed at the intersection of Braun Road and U.S. Route 50.
Planning for the signal began last year after a series of traffic accidents prompted city officials to reduce the speed limit in that area to 50 miles an hour.
Safety Service Director Bob Boersma tells us the signal is required to be on flashing yellow for a couple of weeks before it becomes fully operational.
