Huntington, W.Va. (AP) -- Volunteers are being recruited for next month's river sweep along the banks of the Ohio River.
The June 19 cleanup organized by the Ohio River Valley Water Sanitation Commission will extend along more than 3,000 miles of shoreline.
In West Virginia, cleanup efforts are being organized in Brooke, Cabell, Hancock, Jackson, Marshall, Mason, Ohio, Pleasants, Tyler, Wetzel and Wood Counties.
