The Mid-Ohio Valley Chamber of Commerce has named Bob D'Avria as its interim CEO.
D'Avria will fill in for Bonnie Grady who announced earlier this week that she would be resigning as the president and CEO of the organization.
According to a news release, D'Avria will manage the day to day duties, as the chamber begins the search for a permanent fill in.
D'Avria has 30 years of experience in the business world, serving for 20 years as CEO and executive director of the Parkerburg YMCA and as a consutant for the YMCA of the USA.
The Mid-Ohio Valley Chamber of Commerce is looking for a new leader.
Bonnie Grady, President and CEO of the organization announced that she would be resigning on Monday.
Her resignation will take effect August 20th.
Grady took over the position in October of 2008, replacing former president George Kellenberger, who also retired.
