Artsbridge is gearing up for its fourth annual charity auction, and this year anything with arms, legs, or wheels can be a part of it. Area artists and craftspeople donated their creative pieces to Artsbridge in Parkersburg to raise money for schools in Wood and Washington counties.
The event has expanded over the years, and this year more than 40 artists donated chairs, benches, and other creative furniture.
Professionals to average joes gave their time and art for the kids.
"Its a really fun and creative way to demonstrate work and all the proceeds go to arts in schools and every artist understands how important that is,” says Lisa Collins.
The Artsbridge charity auction will be Oct. 6.
Tickets will be available for $15 in advance and $20 at the door.

Last year the auction raised nearly $21,000, this year they hope to raise even more.
