An Amber Alert was issued in Ohio and terminated in West Virginia Tuesday.
A 15-year-old girl was abducted in Lorain, Ohio while she walking to school. An Amber Alert was issued at around noon in West Virginia and Ohio.
After a passing motorist heard the alert on his car radio, three suspects, two men and a woman, were stopped in a van in Ritchie County on Route 50 just after 12:30.
Among those in custody is the driver of the van, Jason Myers from Elyria, Ohio. He was arraigned Tuesday afternoon and is being held on a fugitive from justice warrant at North Central Regional Jail on a $50,000 cash bond.
As of now the two other suspects, one male and one female, are being questioned by Ritchie County authorities. The 15-year-old girl is now in custody of the Department of Health and Human Resources. As far as we know, she is ok.
