An accident on Pike Street in Marietta sends one to the hospital.
It all happened at the intersection of County House Lane and Pike Street.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol says a Cobalt, driven by Levi Cobb, tried to make a right turn on red onto Route 7.
They say it was there an M&S Logging 18-wheeler truck, driven by Robert Blair crashed into the car sending it over the grass bank.
Cobb ran into a pole before being stopped.
Cobb was taken to Marietta Memorial Hospital with non-serious injuries
The OSHP says it's still investigating with charges pending.
