A tractor trailer flips on its side, leaving Murdoch Avenue completely shut down Wednesday afternoon.

It happened around 1:00 right on the Murdoch Avenue curve by Camden Clark. That area of Murdoch was shut down for about a half hour as crews worked to flip the tractor.

Emergency officials say there weren't any chemicals in the truck and they were able to clean up the scene quickly.

It's not immediately known if speed was a factor, but people that work in the area say that intersection is very dangerous.

"We're used to a lot of trucks around here and when you hear a truck go by you normally hear the rumble of it, but this one was followed by a pretty loud thump and it was physical. You do see some high traffic and what I would consider to be dangerous driving out of this curve," says Joe Reeves.

The driver made it out fine with no injuries. Police say no other vehicles were involved in the crash.
