One Parkersburg family is standing strong after every parent's worst nightmare comes true.
Amyrah Donahough is 4-years-old, her favorite color is purple and she loves to play Barbies.
She's also fighting T-cell lymphoma - a form of blood cancer.
Amyrah was disagnosed earlier this year but her parents say she's still her same, happy go lucky self.
But even her smile and giggles don't take away the memories of the night that changed their lives forever.
Amyrah's outlook is good but she still has a long road ahead.
For the next two years she'll recieve treament once a week in Columbus.
To help with traveling costs, the community hosted a benefit dinner Sunday in Parkersburg.
