Arrested for Making Meth

An anonymous tip to the Parkersburg Police Department led Task Force agents to Kemper Street in Parkersburg.

At about 2:45 Monday afternoon, agents conducted a search warrant of a van on scene. Inside they found items used to make methamphetamine.

Agents arrested Clinton Buffington and charged him with attempting to operate a clandestine meth lab.

Buffington is in the Wood County Holding Center waiting to be arraigned.

This is his second meth lab arrest in less than a month. He was out on bond for the first arrest and awaiting trial on that charge.
