In Athens Saturday, nothing too scary for law enforcement as police say the annual Halloween block party was a mild one, in terms of arrests.
The Athens Police Department made 45 arrests before the party was over just before 2:30 a.m.
Thirteen of those arrests were students at Ohio University, 13 were students from other schools and 19 were non-students.
As for the city fire department, no major fire-related events were reported.
After the block party ended, street cleaning crews got to work and the streets re-opened around 5:00 Sunday morning.
