"Blizzard Bag" Helps Students Catch Up

By  |

Fourteen snow days.

Time for a blizzard bag

Warren High school had its first online school day this Monday.

Superintendent Newton says it went very well.

Many students in the Warren area, however, don't have internet access.

They were given hard copies of the work and all students have two weeks to get it finished.

Newton says they can never replace a real school day.

With so many missed, faculty and staff agreed this was a good idea.

Students tell us they don't love it, of course, but also don't want to go to school in the summer.
