Crews in Marietta didn't just have their hands full with the fires this weekend. The Marietta Police are investigating three different cases of breaking and entering, one of which ended with arson.

According to police, Friday night The Levee House on Ohio Street was broken into with an undisclosed amount of cash stolen.

Saturday night, The Marietta Brewing Company was also broken into, and just like at the Levee House, an undisclosed amount of money was taken.

Then, Sunday morning someone broke into Austyn's Restaurant, stole money, and set the restaurant on fire.

The Marietta Police Department says businesses should be taking extra precautions with security.

"Make sure your businesses are locked," says Capt. Jeff Waite. "Take every precaution you can, video surveillance would be great. Of course alarm system, video, anything of that nature."

Captain Waite says he doesn't believe these three breaking and entering cases are related. Anyone with information is asked to call the Marietta Police Department.
