A chase spanning 10 miles ends with a crash and the driver and her passenger seriously hurt.

Gallipolis Police say they saw Holly Rose buy items used to make meth, and they determined there is a warrant out for her arrest.

They tried pulling her over at the Ohio River Plaza, but they say she took off onto State Route 7.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol chased after her into Meigs County.

Troopers say Rose drove 10 miles before losing control of her car and crashing on Jessie Creek Road.

She and her passenger, Richard Camp, were not wearing seat belts.

They were flown to the hospital with incapacitating injuries.

Charges are pending.
