Charged of inhaling an intoxicating substance.
Police say they caught her in the act.
Saturday, Parkersburg Police responded to Rite Aid on Seventh Street.
When they got there, an officer says he saw Deanna Farnsworth inhaling "duster".
He said she had slow reactions and slurred speech.
Police arrested Farnsworth.
She was arraigned and released on a $1500 bond.
