It may seem like you just decorated, but many are already getting rid of their Christmas tree.
If you had a live Christmas tree this year the City of Marietta helps recycle them.
You can drop off your tree at Lookout, Buckeye or Indian Acres Parks up until January 15.
The city has worked with the Ohio Department of Natural Resources for the last ten years to make this possible.
Also, Al Lang, President of Greenleaf Landscapes, says they can take the trees and grind them for you to make into mulch or compost.
For city residents it is free. For others it's $3.
But you must stop at the garden center and a get a dump ticket.
