Marietta city workers put in weeks of work getting the trucks ready for a winter storm.
1,200 tons of salt and sand, four trucks and more backup.
Street Superintendent Todd Stockel says Marietta Police are out all night and they tell him if conditions start to get bad.
That's when he makes the calls and sends out the trucks.
Each driver has his route planned out already.
In case they're called out Tuesday night, they're hitting the hills and bridges first.
Stockel says he has back up drivers as well if something happens, especially during the holiday.
