A Marietta plant has a new owner and a new name.

Investment company Peak Rock Capital bought the interior products division of RJF International, including its plant in Oak Grove.

The plant will now be known as Koroseal Interior Products.

It makes wallcoverings and similar products, for both government and private contractors.

The plant was owned by BF Goodrich for decades before RJF took it over during the 1980's.

It has more than 100 employees.
