She used to be a certified day care provider, now she's a convicted drug trafficker.
Deidra Fouss faced a judge today for her sentencing. She was found guilty of trafficking drugs. Back in December Fouss was arrested at her home for selling vicodin pills while children were present.
The judge sentenced Fouss to three years community control, 15 days in jail, 180 day license suspension, $140 paid to the major crimes task force and a fine of $100 to be paid to the courts.
