After an almost five hour standoff, Washington County Sheriff's Deputies arrest a man with multiple weapons.
It happened around 11:15 p.m. Saturday when officers responded to a call in Beverly of a drunk man in a verbal and physical fight with two women.
The women ran away safely, but as they were leaving, deputies say Nathan Tyson fired shots into the air several times.
Tyson then ran into the woods telling deputies he wasn't going back to jail.
Four and a half hours later, deputies led Tyson out of the woods and arrested him.
He's charged with firing a weapon while intoxicated, aggravated menacing, and having a weapon while under disability from a felony drug conviction in 2004.
