A Doddridge County man accused of abusing two young children is back behind bars and facing a new set of charges.
26-year-old Shane Willis of West Union was arrested Thursday after police say he choked a woman, threw her across a camper and threatened to kill her.
Willis is also accused of throwing the woman's dog across the camper.
He was out on bond from an incident in January, when sheriff's deputies say he abused two children, choking one of them with a vacuum cleaner cord.
Along with six counts of child abuse, Willis is now charged with domestic assault and battery and animal cruelty.
