A double shooting Tuesday night in Point Pleasant leaves the suspect in the hospital Wednesday night.
Police say 22 year old Franklin Eaves is in the hospital for extreme intoxication and hypothermia.
They say he got in a fight on Evergreen Drive in Point Pleasant and shot Earl Bonecutter and Michael Stewart.
Both men were shot in the stomach. Stewart has been released from the hospital and Bonecutter is expected to be okay.
When the suspect is released from the hospital, he'll be charged with two counts of malicious wounding.
No word on what started the fight.
