It's a battle in Ohio over early voting the weekend before election day. The US Supreme Court now rules there will be voting those days.
A ruling though from the US Supreme Court is an apparent victory for the democratic party.
The President's campaign and the democratic party has sued the state over a state law that dropped the three days before the election.
Democrats say nearly 100 thousand people voted in the three days before the election in 2008.
The voting period had been reinstated by a federal appeals court.
The Secretary of State, a republican, appealed that ruling to the Supreme Court.
The Board of Elections will be open for early voting till 7 pm (starting at 8 am) starting Monday, October 22 until Thursday November 1.
Friday November 2, 8 am to 6 pm.
Saturday November 3, 8 am to 2 pm.
Sunday November 4, 1 pm to 5 pm.
Monday November 5, 8 am to 2 pm.
