The one vehicle accident happened Wednesday morning on State Route 83 in Morgan County, Center Township, near milepost five.

Police say 47 year old Daniel Bywater of Stockport was driving northbound on State Route 83 when he lost control of his car, overturned and was ejected. Police say he was flown by helicopter to the hospital for treatment where he later died from his injuries.

Also in the car were Charles Schwab and Robert Moore. Schwab was treated at the scene and released.
