The Ohio State Highway Patrol is currently investigating a fatal car crash Saturday evening on State Route 124 in Syracuse.
Officers say a 1999 Pontiac Bonneville was traveling eastbound while a 2001 Dodge Ram 3500 was traveling westbound.
The Pontiac went to the left of the center and struck the driver of the Dodge Ram head-on.
23-year-old, Colton T. Hawk and 42-year-old, Darla D. Hoffman, both from Mason, West Virginia, were pronounced dead at the scene.
3-year-old, Landon Hawk, also out of Mason, was transported to Holzer Medical Center and then to the Children's Hospital in Columbus.
28-year-old, Scott G. Exline of Syracuse, was transported by the Meigs EMS to Holzer Medical Center and then to St. Mary's Hospital in Huntington.
No word on the conditions of both Landon Hawk and Exline at this time.
