Flash Flood Watch For Parts Of Ohio And West Virginia

The National Weather service in Charleston has issued a FLASH FLOOD WATCH for: Athens, Gallia, Jackson, Morgan, Meigs, Perry, Vinton and Washington counties in Ohio.

The FLASH FLOOD WATCH has also been issued for Cabell, Jackson, Mason, Pleasants, Putnam, Tyler, Wayne, Wirt and Wood counties in West Virginia through late tonight.

A FLASH FLOOD WATCH means that conditions may develop that lead to flash flooding.

Flash flooding is a very dangerous situation.

You should monitor later forecasts and be prepared to take action
should flash flood warnings be issued.
