Four Arrested in Parkersburg Meth Bust

By  |

The second meth bust in Parkersburg in less than a week.

This time police find children inside the house.

Tuesday night the Parkersburg Narcotics Task Force says a call came in about a strange smell in an apartment building.

Agents went to the Pinewood Village Apartment of Tessa Hebb.

That is where they say they found a reaction vessel - or meth lab - and multiple items to make meth inside the home.

Agents say there were four children and three other adults inside.

Agents arrest Tessa Hebb, James Cowan, William McBrayer and Thomas Carpenter for operating or attempting to operate a clandestine lab and exposing children to methamphetamine manufacturing.

The children were placed in the custody of a family member.
