Halloween in Belpre

It's a sweet Halloween for Belpre despite the wintry weather.

Kids traded in their costumes for layers of clothes.

Mittens, coats and scarves were the costume of choice in this rainy weather.

Cold winds kept a lot of trick or treaters indoors, but some brave souls were determined to get out and celebrate.

The Belpre Volunteer Fire Department leads kids through a haunted house every year.

They just ask every one donate one canned good for the Urban Ministries.

The haunted house is open behind the Bingo Hall Wednesday and Thursday as well from 6-9PM.
