UPDATE: 07/20/2013 8:49 PM

The Marietta Dispatch is once again answering non-emergency calls following complications from the storm.

The Marietta City Building suffered water damage due to strong storms Saturday afternoon. Water leaking from the ceiling forced dispatchers to relocate.

At that time, they were only accepting emergency calls and all 911 calls were transferred to the Washington County Sheriff's Office.

The non-emergency line is 740-376-2007.

The Marietta City Building has been under renovation, with crews currently working to replace the roof.

The strong storm Saturday afternoon damaged the roof and water came through into the Marietta Dispatch Office.

They've relocated to another part of the building, but dispatch is only taking emergency calls at this time.

Call 740-373-4141 if you have an emergency. 911 calls will be transferred to the Washington County Sheriff's Office.
