She goes above and beyond to ensure her students are prepared for the future. That's why 4th grade teacher Molly Piggott is our Jan Dils Golden Apple Award winner for the month of December.
The WTAP team surprised Ms. Piggott at Worthington Elementary Tuesday.
You can tell -- her students love her! When we announced her name, the kids jumped up and gave her a big celebratory hug.
This is Ms. Piggott's first year with the fourth graders at Worthington.
She says watching these youngsters learn is the highlight of her day!
