Celebrating their donations, local churches gather to thank those who helped with Oklahoma tornado efforts.
30 Mid Ohio Valley church pastors and business's met at the Lafayette Hotel for a celebratory lunch today.
The churches worked together over the past two weeks and sent a tractor trailer truck full of donations out to the Oklahoma tragedy.
The Marietta Transfer Company donated a truck driver, truck and fuel which arrived to the devastated area last week, on Wednesday with the valley's donations.
Skuttle, Henslers, Gary's towing, Solvay, and United Rentals also contributed to making the collection process possible. They were thanked with the lunch and a presentation showing how their efforts helped people effected get back on their feet.
