Justin Stukey was found guilty Tuesday of delivery of heroin before a jury trial, Prosecutor Pat Lefebure said.

His sentencing will be some time in November.

In March, Parkersburg Police boarded a bus at the Juliana Street Bus Station and found Stukey.

He was arrested on a warrant for breaking and entering.

Police say in November of 2012 he broke into Fulton's Supply on Market Street in North Parkersburg.

They say he stole a computer, cell phone, and other items.
