Marietta Police are called to the hospital to investigate after a victim is rushed to the ER with four stab wounds.
Police say it happened early Saturday morning on Franklin Street in Marietta.
The victim, Tommee Garvin tells police he was at a friends house when he walked outside and saw a familiar face. That face was Chavazee Kidder.
Garvin told police Kidder stole 300 dollars worth of marijuana from him several months ago.
He says they got into an argument, when Kidder pulled out a knife, stabbing him multiple times.
Doctors say Garvin's knife wounds were life threatening.
Police arrested Kidder. He's charged with felonious assault.
