A guilty plea for a man described by authorities as one of the biggest known heroin dealers in the area and the ring leader.
In Washington County Michael Richards pleads to engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity with specification.
He has been arrested on drug charges four times this year alone.
Prosecutors say with the plea eight lesser charges were dropped.
Sentencing is set for January 30th.
After days of surveillance in Vienna, officers arrest a man wanted out of Ohio on drug charges.
At about 10:00 Tuesday morning, Parkersburg Narcotics Task Force Agents arrested Michael Richards at a 9th Avenue apartment.
He's wanted out of Washington County, Ohio on several felony indictments, including six counts of trafficking heroin and engaging in patterns of corrupt activity.
He's in jail awaiting extradition to Ohio.
