Police say Terry Ullum pulled a knife at Vision Care Associates, threatening to cut off the heads of the people there.
Reports say Ullum pulled out the knife and began cutting on his own glasses and talking about what he did to people who made him angry.
Officers arrested Ullum and secured the knife.
He was released on a $5,000 bond.
He faces a misdemeanor charge of brandishing a deadly weapon. If convicted he could face up to one year in jail.
