Two Arrested in Meigs County Meth Bust

Two Middleport women are arrested after Meigs County Deputies find a meth lab in the home.

Norma Ratliff and Ashley Hamilton are arrested and charged with illegally manufacturing methamphetamines, with other charges pending.

Deputies say they located a four pot methamphetamine lab at 38028 Story's Run Road in Middleport. They say 39-year-old Ratliff lived there.

Investigators say Ratliff has a prior 2007 meth lab conviction out of Meigs County at the same house. Hamilton has an active warrant from Gallia County for Illegally Manufacturing Methamphetamine.

Middleport Fire Department also helped while the Middleport Police helped neutralize of the lab.
