Chief Eric Sinnett was right at the intersection of Stone Road and Washington Boulevard.

A car pulls out of Speedway, hitting the motorcycle which was heading eastbound.

Chief Sinnett says there was traffic.

He said, "The car was pulling out going westbound. And the way the sun was it was really hard to see. The visibility was really bad."

Chief Sinnett says the department began blocking the road, putting cones out, directing traffic and toned out the ambulance.

With emergency responders taking the driver of the motorcycle to Camden Clark Medical Center. He was conscious. No word yet on the extent of his injuries.

The Belpre Police Department also responded.
