A man with a long list of previous convictions is arrested for inappropriately touching a 13-year-old.
The Washington County Sheriff's Office says 43-year-old Ronald Boley Jr., inappropriately touched a 13-year old girl.
Investigators say the girl was walking to her friends house in Newport when she was pulled into Boley's home. They say Boley held her there, inappropriately touching her.
The sheriff's office says once the girl was able to get away, she and her family contacted them.
They say Boley did admit to the girl being at his apartment.
"Mr. Boley has been in our facility several times for assault, domestic violence, resisting arrest, obstruction of justice, and carrying a concealed weapon," says Sheriff Mincks.
Boley is in the Washington County Jail charged with kidnapping and unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.
