The verdict stands.

The Ohio Supreme Court upheld the 2009 guilty verdict of a Marietta man.

Daniel Keck was sentenced to 71 years in prison in October of that year, convicted on 29 charges of sexual activity involving children.

Keck, in his appeal, said he was denied his constitutional rights in not being allowed to cross-examine a BCI expert during his trial.
