One avid hunting fan who has a mild case of cerebral palsy spoke out to other hunters Saturday evening.
Tracey Breen was a guest speaker at the annual Sportsman's Banquet and Expo at Fairlawn Baptist Church in Parkersburg.
He spoke about hunting on a budget.
Breen teaches people how to hunt all over the country without spending a lot of money.
Even though Breen loves hunting out in the woods, there's one major challenge he has to face.
"Balance is probably the biggest one. I have poor balance, so I fall a lot in the woods and so I typically have a staff of some kind. And I love hunting out west, so anytime I'm hunting out west hunting in the mountains, I always make sure I have a walking stick," says Breen.
