The Parkersburg Homecoming Committee announces Mid-Ohio Valley Historian Bob Enoch as its Parade Marshal.
Enoch is best known for his role on the Wood County Historical and Preservation Society.
Committee President Randall Roberts made the announcement Thursday evening.
