A Parkersburg man accused of putting child pornography on the web now says he's guilty of those charges.
A plea agreement involving 39-year-old Emory Terrell was accepted Tuesday in Wood County Circuit Court.
Terrell agrees to plead guilty to three felony counts of knowingly possessing and distributing child porn.
Investigators say he uploaded multiple pictures and videos to the website photobucket.com back in September 2012.
The Pike Street resident was then indicted last May and arrested two weeks ago.
Each felony count carries a possible two-year sentence, adding up to potentially six years behind bars for Terrell, but there's also a chance he could get life.
Sentencing is set for May 14th.
Terrell will also receive a mental evaluation, paid for by the state.
