After being reported missing Saturday, 24-year-old Kayla Blow was found Wednesday.
The Parkersburg Police say she saw herself on WTAP and contacted her family saying she was safe.
She was last seen on 13th Street, Saturday, between 3:00AM and 4:00AM.
Kayla was wearing dark blue jeans, a gray T-shirt under a black button up shirt and white Nike shoes.
The black shirt was a "UFC" shirt with tribal designs.
Blow is about 4'11 and 100 lbs.
