A crosswalk project in Marietta could leave parts of Front Street closed for over a week.
Starting on Monday, crews will be working on a project to put in stamped brick concrete crosswalks.
The southbound lanes of Front Street from Greene to Putnam will be closed. Crews say the work should take about five days.
Once that side is complete, they'll do the same to the northbound lanes and that will take about five days, too.
The city says two-way traffic will be maintained and to travel the area with caution, but they do say to drive on Second Street to avoid any congestion and delays.
