A baby is taken from an Athens County home over the weekend after deputies say there was a possible meth lab.
Just after midnight Saturday morning, the Athens County Narcotics Enforcement Team got information about an active meth lab on Crab Tree Road in Albany.
Deputies say they found four people in the home, including a baby.
They say there was a prior meth cook plus chemicals to make the drug.
Deputies arrest Ethan Pierce and Andrew "Luke" Barstow.
Both are charged with assembly of chemicals to manufacture drugs with a child present.
The sheriff's office says the baby is now with other family.
