A rash of daytime burglaries in Marietta has authorities reminding the community to take the proper precautions.
Sixteen burglaries since September 1. The Marietta Police Department is investigating.
Police say it may seem simple but important--lock your doors, day or night and they also stress to call authorities if noticing any suspicious activity at all. They say cameras also aren't a bad idea.
Officers say those robbers have taken mostly electronics and money.
Police ask everyone to look out for neighbors and call authorities with any suspicious activity.
