Two under arrest for selling heroin in a school zone.
The Washington County Task Force arrests Elton Hart Jr. and Tammy Radabaugh on trafficking drugs.
Agents says they bought heroin from Hart and Radabaugh on two separate occasions. The amount totaled nine unit doses. Both times Agents say it happened within 1,000 feet of Waterford High School.
After a traffic stop the Sheriff's Office's new K-9 unit found a small quantity of heroin. Hart was then taken into custody. Radabaugh was arrested at her house.
Hart faces two charges of trafficking, while Radabaugh faces on charge.
They're held at a 5-thousand dollar bond.
